Lowell Elementary will reopen in fall 2010. The Lowell Elementary School website is in the process of being updated. Except for the front page, infomation on this website may be out of date at this time. A new website is planned to be launched before the start of school with updated information.
Families in the Lowell attendance area who have children currently attending school in the Bellingham School District do not have to register at Lowell. Records will be automatically transferred.

Families who are new to the Bellingham School District and live in Lowell's attendance area may register at Happy Valley Elementary, 1041 24th St., or Central Services, 1306 Dupont St., 676-6512.
